Day of the note part : 2

So the day is finally here where the new set of rules will magically fall out of the sky and make my work even more difficult

I thought i was supposed to be a hero who was supposed to save the world from i..i..i Don't know dragons, demon lords or something else

and here i am stuck doing stupid paperwork i hate this city but it isn't beniffiting me either by thinking this so anyway

Everything was finally set for the event at noon

a stage where i announce the new set of rules to the public then later store it in a file for the next 10 years

Apparently this city is somewhat modern like if you compare both of them only critical difference is that it's underwater and the houses are on a smaller scale conpared to buildings

So finally at noon i was fully ready to caary out the event

The place where it was supposed to fall is very specific there is a garden with a pedestal installed

So finally the note falls from the sky and a person collects them and gives them to me and i read them

The rules could be accurately applied and some of the rules were for the project i started on the desk i was reading i suddenly noticed another sheet of paper beneath it

I thought it was just a prank so after after the event was over i took the second note and took a look at it
